We are also proud to be an Approved ICE Training Employer, which ensures each trainee has a training structure to achieve and monitor progress against 9 key attributes including an initial assessment meeting, regular development reviews, a formal annual review of progress and plans, and confirmation of completion.

Our work is challenging and varied requiring strong technical, communication and organisational skills along with self-motivation.
