The whole team are delighted and proud to confirm RAB as one of the founding member companies for the newly formed International Property Flood Resilience Association (IPFRA); the first trade body for Property Flood Resilience (PFR). The announcement and launch took place last week at the industry leading Flood & Coast 2025 Conference.
The IPFRA aims to support, promote and grow the PFR sector by providing a formal industry voice and encouraging best practice in line with the CIRIA Code of Practice for PFR. Russell Burton, our MD, has also been confirmed as one of the Directors of the IPFRA: “It is an honour to have been involved with establishing the new IPFRA trade organisation, which is much needed and widely supported. There is a genuine appetite for collaboration, consistency and raising standards across PFR, and IPFRA looks forward to playing a key role in this effort. RAB have a proven track record of providing new and innovative PFR solutions, working alongside a wide range of public and private sector organisations. We look forward to continuing this important work over the coming years.”
