RAB Provides FRA and Outline Drainage Strategy for New Health and Wellbeing Centre

The Team at RAB were delighted to hear that planning approval has been given to a new multi million pound health and wellbeing facility in Bilston, Wolverhampton.

RAB had worked closely with the project team at the City of Wolverhampton Council to provide a range of services in support of the planning application. These included a Flood Risk Assessment (FRA) and an outline drainage strategy.

Planners approved the proposal to develop the state of the art health and wellbeing facility on a council owned site adjacent to the WV Active Bilston-Bert Williams leisure centre and Bilston Urban Village medical centre. The new development will primarily be funded by a £20 million Government grant the council secured as part of their Bilston Health & Regeneration Programme.
