So, it’s with this in mind that we are thrilled to announce the promotion of two team members to Flood Risk Consultants.
Beth Irwin-Jones and Eleanor Widdows have demonstrated dedication, professionalism and commitment to delivering outstanding service since joining the company. This recent promotion is not only a result of their hard work, but also reinforces the importance we place on investing in people and helping individuals reach their full potential.
The pair have both embraced development opportunities and contributed positively to our business culture.
Beth’s highlights to-date include delivering Property Flood Resilience (PFR) surveys/reports on the Environment Agency Framework and Build Back Better PFR surveys for insurers. She has supported a feasibility study for managing river erosion which is threatening to undermine a local road and has been a great support on our work with Flood Re on the development of standardised data points required for Flood Performance Certificates.
Like Beth, Eleanor has also been delivering PFR surveys/reports on the Environment Agency Framework and for private homeowners. In addition, she recently supported the delivery of a river restoration scheme identifying suitable Natural Flood Management (NFM) interventions to reduce flood risk, increase biodiversity and improve water quality.
Earlier this year, both were elected to the Property Flood Resilience Specialist Register under ‘Surveyor’ and as a part of this achievement, they are now CIWEM Members (MCIWEM).
