RAB are passionate about staff development and training. This includes a range of initiatives which form part of our RAB Academy. These include:

- A line manager with suitable skills and qualifications to support with your future development.
- A supervising Civil Engineer / Chartered CIWEM manager to guide and support you through the ICE process to become Chartered.
- The opportunity to guide and support others through processes for them to become chartered.
- Continual development opportunities to further qualifications, knowledge and skills.
- Support, skills and knowledge to take advantage of promotion opportunities.
- Support from the Team to experience a range of work, move towards specialisms, achieve promotion.
We are also proud to be an Approved ICE Training Employer, which ensures each trainee has a training structure to achieve and monitor progress against 9 key attributes including an initial assessment meeting, regular development reviews, a formal annual review of progress and plans, and confirmation of completion.
