- Have an Emergency Management, Disaster Risk Management or similar degree; a Master’s in Emergency Planning or Disaster Risk Management would be an advantage
- Have knowledge of emergency planning and business continuity principles

What You Will Be Doing:
- Supporting emergency management and business continuity projects, including producing plans and procedures for a range of clients
- Supporting the planning, development and delivery of training, exercises and incident debriefs
- Supporting business change projects, including secondments, if required.
- Working as part of a team to solve problems and develop solutions for a wide variety of client needs.
What You Will Need:
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have strong organisational skills and confidence to plan work
- Be competent in the use of relevant IT software
- Be comfortable working in a remote team environment
- Be self-motivated, with good personal drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
- The ability and willingness to travel and support projects anywhere in the UK
