Sophie Dusting announced as BCI Continuity and Resilience Consultant of the Year for Europe!!!
Last month we proudly announced that Sophie Dusting, Senior Resilience Advisor at RAB, had been shortlisted in the 2024 BCI Europe Awards in the Continuity & Resilience Consultant category.
We can now announce that Sophie has won the category! She is officially the 2024 BCI Europe Continuity & Resilience Consultant of the Year! What an amazing achievement!
The BCI is a global membership association for business continuity and resilience professionals. They have over 9,000 members in more than 120 countries, and provide education, training & certification, membership, thought leadership, and industry events.
The BCI Awards recognise and celebrate excellence in various fields, highlighting individuals who have made a significant impact through their exceptional work and dedication. The Continuity & Resilience Consultant category is judged on a range of criteria including ethics and values, leadership, working with others, and thinking and innovating.
Sophie was up against two other shortlisted industry Consultants (who we would like to congratulate), with the Winner being decided by a panel of three independent judges at the BCI. The announcement was made at a virtual awards ceremony on Thursday 15th August. All winners of the BCI Europe Awards will be automatically shortlisted for the BCI Global Awards, which will be presented on 30th October at BCI World Hybrid 2024.
Sophie has been an integral part of the Resilience Team at RAB for 6 years. In her time at RAB, Sophie has implemented international business continuity management systems, developed innovative solutions to manage complex client needs and demonstrated an exceptional ability to engage with individuals at all levels to bring Business Continuity to life.
