Encounters with wildlife are part and parcel of our work at RAB, and the more remote the more likely we are to stumble across mother nature just ‘doing its thing‘.
And that is exactly what happened to Joshua, one of our Flood Risk Engineers, while out undertaking some fieldwork in Dorset.
Walking along the banks of a small stream he noticed a disturbance in the water. On closer inspection it turned out to be a pair of playful otters who seemed oblivious to his presence!
The video footage opposite doesn’t really to justice to the grace and movement they were displaying in their natural habitat, but it was all Josh could capture at the time!
Just another day in the office for the team at RAB!
