Introduction to Tactical Co-ordinating Groups (TCG) – a one day course for tactical managers representing your organisation on multi-agency silver groups

The course provides a practical introduction to staff who have no or limited experience of working within the multi-agency tactical co-ordinating group environment.  There is a theoretical introduction, outlining the practicalities of incident management and the roles and responsibilities of partners. This is followed by practical exercises and scenario based role play. The course can be tailored to any organisation, and is delivered by an experienced ex-police TCG Chair.
