Environment Agency leads on Flood Action Week

The recent autumn storms here in the UK are a timely reminder of the impact that climate change is having on he places that we live, work and play. Today also sees the start of Flood Action Week, which is part of the ongoing work that the Environment Agency is doing to help home and business owners take steps to prepare for future flood events.

RAB are a supplier to the Environment Agency and work closely with them on a number of flood management initiatives. We also provide advice and support directly to home and business owners on how to make their properties more flood resilient, ensuring the nations flood defences are in good condition, and making sure new developments are not at risk and do not increase the risk for others.
