Introduction to Structured Exercising – A seminar for emergency exercise planners
Introduction to Structured Exercising – A seminar for emergency exercise planners to reflect on their exercise experiences, identify personal learning and develop exercise role maps using the Model for Structured Exercising.
The ‘Model for Structured Exercising’ identifies 5 key stages and 5 primary roles each supported by secondary roles. The uniqueness of the Model is that best practice in each of the stages of exercising can be captured and subsequently used by practitioners to make their own exercising experiences much more effective in the future. By the end of the workshop participants will:
- share their experiences of delivering exercises;
- identify personal learning which may be applied to the delivery of future exercises;
- be able to outline the ‘Model for Structured Exercising’;
- develop an exercise role map using the ‘Model for Structured Exercising’.
